SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description

Our group of companies deals in wholesale and distribution of Fresh Produce and Groceries to supermarkets, chain stores, hotels, catering companies, government and parastatals. We do business all over Botswana through highly integrated operational network.

Key Responsibilities

• The work involves overseeing the Manufacturing, Purchasing and Sales Departments.
• Directly appraising the Board of Directors with periodic management reports about group operations.
• Coordinating with the Logistics Department and ensuring proper allocation of transport, removing ng bottlenecks and ensuring seamless movement of goods.
• Ensuring compliance with various rules and regulations concerning the manufacturing and packaging including BOBS regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

The applicant shall be a Graduate in any discipline with good knowledge of Computers and various softwares. Post qualification experience of not less than 12 years in Senior Operations level with good understanding of Cost analysis is a prerequisite.
