Job Description

Granjo Institute, a BQA-accredited and HRDC-recognised institution, invites holders of a National Craft Certificate (NCC), Diploma or Degree to apply for its Internship & Graduate Programme in the fields below.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lecturers and instructors in lectures, practical workshops and labs
• Support research and prepare teaching materials
• Prepare practical set-ups and learner records
• Support student recruitment, marketing campaigns, events and social media
• Support administration, front office, finance and operations
• Take part in structured training, mentoring and rotations across departments

Qualifications & Experience

• NCC, Diploma or Degree in a relevant field from a recognised institution
• Good communication, presentation and IT skills
• Willing to work in Gaborone or Francistown
