FIRE MARSHAL

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct or assist with workplace fire inspections.
• Ensure emergency exits and escape routes remain clear.
• Raise the alarm during a fire emergency.
• Account for people at the assembly point.
• Report fire hazards and unsafe conditions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fire-marshal training from a recognised training institution
• Training in the correct use of fire extinguishers
• Knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures
• Familiarity with fire alarms and emergency communication procedures.
