ALARM RESPONSE OFFICER

Job Description

We are looking for alert, reliable and physically fit individuals to respond to alarm activations and incidents. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents in assigned areas.
• Inspect and secure premises as per standard operating procedures.
• Provide accurate incident reports and updates.
• Liaise with clients and relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure company vehicle and equipment are well maintained.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driver’s licence with 4 years and above driving experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (alarm response or security response).
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the security industry will be an added advantage.
• Certificate in First Aid will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Clean criminal record.
