Key Responsibilities

The Relationship Executive ensures the provision of an excellent standard of service across the business and throughout the customer life cycle to corporates and SMMEs. The role will be responsible for developing and servicing long-term sustainable business relationships with corporate and business representatives and identify additional sales opportunities. The position maintains contact with customers, works to identify and understand their needs, and then advises them on which of the Fund’s products or services would best support their employees. The Relationship Executive also communicates with representatives either in person, over the telephone, or through email to address complaints or concerns regarding the Fund’s products or services in order to enhance an excellent standard of service.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in the customer service field.
• Experience in the private healthcare customer service field would be an added advantage
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
