Job Description

Purpose of the job: To provide technical and administrative support through participation in product testing, certification activities, technical investigations, data analysis, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The graduate programme aims to provide practical engineering experience while contributing to the effective delivery of compliance and certification objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product testing and validation activities in accordance with approved test procedures.
• Interact with development teams to develop a strong understanding of the product and testing objectives.
• Support compliance verification activities for electronic, software, and integrated products.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of technical documentation, reports, and certification records.
• Participate in product failure investigations and root cause analysis activities.
• Assist with laboratory setup, test equipment preparation, calibration coordination, and general laboratory housekeeping.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing testing, certification, and engineering processes.
• Prepare technical presentations, summaries, and status reports as required.
• Adhere to company quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Studying towards or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree, BTech, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in: Electronic Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechatronic Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Related Engineering Discipline
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• High regard for safety, compliance, and professional ethics.
• Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations based on factual data and observations.
