Qualifications & Experience

• registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority in the following categories: Code 213 General Manufacturers/Producers Sub code 01 Processed Food
• The tender is reserved for 100% citizens owned manufacturers as stated under Section 76 (2) of the Public Procurement Act.
• The Presidential Directive CAB II (A) on Economic Diversification Drive (EDD) shall apply on this tender.
• Local Procurement Scheme of Presidential Directive CAB 14 II (B) of 2015 on price preference will also apply in this tender. This applies only to companies owned by youth, women and people with disabilities
