Job Description

Botswana Fibre Networks (BoFiNet) invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit bids for the provision of Fixed Asset Verification and Disposal Advisory Services. The assignment includes physical verification of BoFiNet’s fixed assets, reconciliation and updating of the Fixed Asset Register, review of fixed asset accounting records, identification and classification of obsolete and scrap assets, disposal advisory services, and preparation of a clean and reconciled Fixed Asset Register. The assignment is expected to be completed within twelve (12) weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Physical verification of BoFiNet’s fixed assets
• Reconciliation and updating of the Fixed Asset Register
• Review of fixed asset accounting records
• Identification and classification of obsolete and scrap assets
• Disposal advisory services
• Preparation of a clean and reconciled Fixed Asset Register

Qualifications & Experience

Be Citizen Contractors in accordance with Section 76(2) of the Public Procurement Act; Be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority under: Code 314 – Finance Related Services. Sub-Code 06 – Auditing Services
