Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Diploma or higher in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, target-driven and ability to work independently.
• Experience in the waste management, environmental or industrial services sector.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
