Be the first point of contact and create a positive impression Greet guests, manage calls, handle mail, update calendars, book boardrooms and keep the office running smoothly

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate in Secretarial Studies or Administration
• 1+ year admin experience
• computer literate
• strong communication & customer service skills
