Y.G.Preparing Pty Ltd Diamond Cutting and Polishing Factory seeks suitable qualified candidates to apply for the position of General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the factory.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills with ability to solve issues at different levels.
• Ability to work under pressure independently.
• Build and promote strong long-lasting relationships on international level.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent in English. Additional languages- advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role at Diamond Cutting & Polishing Factory.
• Knowledge in sorting of industrial diamonds.
• Computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Email communication.
• Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
