Content Creator / Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create photographs, videos, graphics and written social-media content.
• Monitor and analyse views, reach, engagement, enquiries and sales generated by content.
• Manage the TikTok account.
• Identify social-media trends and recommend suitable content ideas.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and in-store content creation.
• Prepare basic reports on content performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• A strong portfolio demonstrating content-creation ability.
• Relevant experience creating content and analysing social-media performance.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social-media platforms and current trends.
• Basic photography and video-editing skills.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar applications.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• A qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Studies or a related field would be an advantage but is not compulsory.
