Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicles, trucks, and generators across the region
• Workshop standards and quality assurance
• Advanced fault diagnosis and technical escalation
• Preventative-maintenance planning
• Fleet availability and downtime analysis
• Remote breakdown response
• Parts forecasting and stock control
• Supplier and procurement management
• Workshop budgets and cost control
• R & M Budgets and cost control
• Overseeing the Lodge Technical teams
• Technical audits at lodges and operational bases

Qualifications & Experience

• A formal qualification in mechanics
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with remote management experience
• A valid and un-endorsed drivers license
