Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of our web applications. You will work across the entire development lifecycle, turning innovative ideas into functional, secure, and highly scalable software. As a vital link between user experience and technical logic, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Interfaces: Build responsive, intuitive UI/UX components using modern front-end frameworks.
• Construct Architecture: Design scalable server-side logic, application workflows, and core business structures.
• Create APIs: Build and integrate secure, efficient RESTful or GraphQL APIs to connect systems.
• Manage Databases: Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize Performance: Troubleshoot bugs, optimize page speeds, and ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain Code: Write clean, reusable code and comprehensive unit tests for automated deployment.
• Collaborate Daily: Work alongside designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to meet sprint targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
• Front-End Mastery: Strong proficiency in standard web languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Back-End Expertise: Proven experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Java (Spring).
• Database Management: Hands-on experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Tools & Infrastructure: Solid grasp of version control (Git/GitHub) and basic exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Docker).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, strong team collaboration, and clear English communication.
