Key Responsibilities

• Reception & guest check-ins/ check-outs
• Room cleaning, laundry & ironing
• Guest care and daily housekeeping
• Breakfast, basic cooking & kitchen hygiene
• General support for smooth guesthouse operations

Qualifications & Experience

• BGCSE / Form 5 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant hospitality experience
• Good English and Setswana communication
• Basic computer literacy
• Hospitality qualification preferred, not mandatory
• Hardworking, ambitious and able to think independently
