Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven leader to manage and grow our agricultural store.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Market the shop and attract new customers.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Manage stock receiving, storage and stock counts.
- Supervise safe loading and offloading of stock.
- Lead the team and oversee daily operations.
- Report on sales, stock and branch performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Practical knowledge of animal feeds and veterinary medicines, their uses, handling and storage is essential.
- Must have this product knowledge from the start.
- Experience in agricultural retail or store management.
- Proven sales and shop marketing ability.
- Strong stock control and team leadership skills.
- Good communication and computer skills.
